JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Tailor-Made Sales Interns to assist our Tailor-Made Experts in managing booking processes and ensuring excellent service delivery. This internship offers valuable experience in the travel and hospitality industry, where you will play a key role in facilitating tailored travel experiences for our clients.
POSITION PURPOSE
As a member of the Discova Tailormade Support team you will be a part of a group of passionate individu-als who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent sales experience and who take pride in their expertise of Discova's product offerings and destinations. You will be customer obsessed and deliver a consistent high service both during and post-sale. You will be a key part in supporting our Tailormade Experts, and achieving our business goals.
You will have an eye for detail, and go above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer service to our partners so they come back to us time and time again.

Responsibilities
Booking Management
Assist the Tailor-Made Experts in updating booking details in the system, including:
Data entry
Final itinerary checks
Confirmation document
Ensure that all booking elements are confirmed with the Reservations/Operations team.
Processing Bookings
Work closely with the Tailor-Made Experts with key stakeholders in-destination and within region.
Supporting Group Inquiries
Assist with adhoc/group inquiries by checking hotel availability and securing booking confirmation.
Internal Communication
Facilitate and follow up on internal communication between the internal departments, third party suppliers, and the Tailor-Made Experts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Booking Generation
Generate booking confirmations and necessary documentation as required during the booking process.
REQUIREMENTS
1. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (preferred but not required).
2. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Ability to work independently or in a team environment;
Adaptable and able to work with changing priorities;
Humble, enthusiastic, supportive, detailed;
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
