Mục tiêu hoạt động của eSpace
- Cung cấp giải pháp văn phòng toàn diện từ những dịch vụ cơ bản, thiết yếu cho đến những dịch vụ giá trị gia tăng cho các freelancer, start up, solopreneur, chuyên gia, SMES, VPĐD làm việc tại trung tâm thành phố Hà Nội.
- Cung cấp nguồn lực cũng như mạng lưới đối tác để giúp khách hàng thực hiện được những ý tưởng kinh doanh, kết nối và phát huy nguồn lực cộng hưởng khách hàng.

About the position Community Manager: to run a professional workplace for our community
1. Professionalism and friendliness
You take pride in making sure the office center is run professionally with a friendly attitude
2. Sales/ Commercial Growth
- Pro-actively look for opportunity to expand existing customer base, reach out to potential customers via company's channels and negotiate contract to gain new customers
- Be the key point of contact for potential customers, provide professional & friendly services and assistance as you walk them around the center and/or welcome them to community
3. Customer Services
You ensure that the center is a great place to work for existing and incoming customers:
- Prepare new office for customer to move-in
- Welcome onboard new customers to ensure all regulations are understood and new customers settle in happily
- Time-to-time check in to see if customers have special request, resolve any issues quickly
- Manage customers' office need by making sure staffs deliver mails, send packages, answer phones, book and prepare meeting room, order offices supplies as requested by customers
- Making sure customer billing is accurate
- Manage facilities - Keep the center "show-ready" by ensuring common area are spotless and prepared for the next guests at all time
- Organize community event as and when needed
- Work with business partners to bring in member perks as and when needed
4. People oriented/ team spirit
