Daily operation
Make
insurance
Claim
insurance (both North &
South)
Input
information to GRECCS system
Work
with all
sides
involved to
ensure achieveing KPI & lead time for insurance cases
Truck
arrangement for
local shipping
Arrange
trucks to
transfer cargoes from factories to PSV warehouses and internal stock transfer
Work
with transporters/warehouse
staff to arrange
containers from
ports to warehouse
Check
and make
transportation payments
for transporters
2. Reports
Make
insurance, incoming plan, goods
at port reports
Daily
backorder analysis
3. Projects and KPIs
Follow
KPIs of Product
Control team:
Fulfillment ratio; Bidding nomination and Inbound damage
Follow-up
with ongoing projects (if any)
REQUIREMENTS
Freshers/senior students
interested in Logistics
& Supply Chain Management with advanced English
Good
analytical skills &
arithmetic skills
Good
at Excel (be able to use these formulas proficiently SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP,
MATCH, INDEX)
SAP
experience is preferable
