JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
Growing the ailiate network by identifying new potential publishers and actively onboarding them,
including, ailiates, influencers, paid media, etc.
Assist in developing the overall Paid Media & Ailiate strategy.
Serve as a first point of contact for all ailiates.
Build reports using internal data, optimizing overall ailiate channel performance
Monitor the competitor space and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide publishers and partners with all necessary information, tools, and support to eectively promote
all brands.
Collaborate with ailiates to ensure their ROI aligns with agreed parameters while fostering a mutually
beneficial partnership
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Graduated with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing...
Have good communication, negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze and evaluate the market.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of communications, advertising, marketing.
Good English (or Chinese).
GOOD TO HAVE
Proficient in using Microsoft Oice and related software.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
BENEFITS
Base salary is about 13 - 17.000.000 with uncapped commission scheme.
Meal (45.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
Probationary: 100% salary
Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the
Labor Law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead end to end sale process: find leads, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
Consult and tailor an Ailiate program solution that align with the customer's business goals.
Set goals and manage team performance: Define KPIs, set clear sales targets, track progress, and coach the team toward achieving goals.
Team training and development: Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for the sales/affiliate team.
Identify potential risks in sales or partnerships and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Act as a key liaison with other departments to ensure alignment on business goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking.
Proposed to BOD actionable business strategies and facilitated cross-departmental implementation
Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation
to support
business development eorts.
Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
At least three years of work experience in Business Development B2B and lead team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
Communicate well in English.
GOOD TO HAVE
Candidates with strong knowledge and connections in Banking, Finance, Marketing are preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Oice and related software.
