JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective:
·
To handle incoming
calls professionally and to manage administrative tasks at Porsche Studio effectively.
·
To handle the
guest serving (drinks, snacks...) at Porsche Studio professionally
·
To be always
professional appearance in greeting guests to bring the most convenient moments
to the guests.
·
To be an organized
representative of Porsche Driver Selection (PDS)
Key tasks and responsibilities:
·
Handling
telephone calls professionally and welcoming guest nicely and effectively
·
Pushing
shop-in-shop sales effectively
·
Welcoming
guests to Porsche Studio.
·
In charge of
preparing drinks, snacks for Porsche Studio guests and managing the daily
consumables of Porsche Studio
·
Keeping the bar
area and showroom in neat and tidy condition
·
Handling
incoming calls and transferring to right person
·
Handling
customer's calls or walk-in visits and aligning with sales persons.
·
Observing the
lighting, sound system & cleanliness in showroom
·
Making
announcement of office working time changes on public holidays
·
Being
in charge of shop-in-shop (selling PDS, updating price lists...)
·
Being responsible
for keeping showroom doors opened & closed on time
·
Other ad hoc assignments
REQUIREMENTS
·
Having
working experience in similar position is preferable
·
Computer
skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
·
Good
at English (especially in speaking)
·
Good
communication skills
·
Good
appearance
·
Dynamic,
positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
