JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy forward. Your responsibilities will include:
Use statistical methods to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive teams.
Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (Mixpanel, Looker studio,...) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data cleansing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with machine learning algorithms is a plus.
