JOB DESCRIPTION
Review the accuracy and validity of payment documents (contracts, invoices, supporting documents, etc.) before submitting them for management approval.
Monitor and control internal revenues and expenditures, including payments, advances, and reimbursements.
Record and verify accounting entries related to cash, bank transactions, receivables/payables, payroll, depreciation, allocations, and closing entries to ensure compliance with current accounting standards and regulations.
Manage, store, and maintain the confidentiality of accounting records and financial documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare periodic financial and management reports to support the Board of Directors in decision-making.
Assist in controlling accounting and financial operations and propose process improvement solutions when necessary.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and relevant partners regarding payment and financial transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations, with the ability to stay updated on relevant legal requirements.
Good English proficiency; ability to work with English documents and international partners is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiar with basic accounting software.
Good skills in document preparation, accounting documentation handling, and records management.
Detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, and able to maintain financial confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related fields.
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in B2B or creative sectors.
Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and people development within a multinational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
Proactive, fast-learning, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good command of English communication skills (spoken & written).
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
