JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of Area Sales of General Trade channel
Make sales order to fulfil account demand
Full responsibility of product strategy and product display, maintain in dealer outlets and support accounts after sales
Prepare sell out and market information to discus and negotiate with dealers for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize effect of ROI and maximize sell out
Observe and train product knowledge to PG and dealers' floor salesman
Lead and make sure the product display always properly with POP and follow product display strategy
Excellent in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers for advance quarterly and yearly target and activities to make sure for achievement
Update sale out and sell in situation and giving solution idea to achieve target
Propose event display activities and budget according to dealer's request
Follow and report result/budget used up to Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience working as Area Sales in relevant industries
Understanding and good approach to Panasonic's products in GT/MT sales channels
Fluent English is a must
Logical thinking
Open for Fresh Graduates with good mindset and interest in sales field

JOB DESCRIPTION
• To have capability to control and operate Maintenance - Repair - Operation (MRO) system smoothly.
• To manage, maintain, and propose improvements for the purchasing system to ensure its efficiency, accuracy, and security. Co-operate with technical teams in India/Japan to address the system issues.
• To integrate MRO in business plan. Relevant operations are coordinated with business management for systematic and sustainable management activities.
• To research supply sources, select suppliers, conduct price analysis and negotiate to obtain the best offer available within time constraints of the requirements; ensure advantageous purchasing environment compared to competitors.
• To centralize supplier contacts to ensure observation of related law/ regulations and to prevent illicit transactions in MRO procurement.
• To work with related Panasonic companies/ related department to ensure satisfaction with suppliers' performance. Ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
• To take part in regular supplier evaluation and to implement improvement activities if any.
• Other tasks assigned by Department Head.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in indirect purchasing within manufacturing companies, with expertise in supplier evaluation.
• Good communication in English
• Customer service-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in communication, relationship management, and analysis.
• Experience in setting up new functions and system management, with knowledge of macros/VBA considered a plus.

Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment
Strong mechanical, electrical, electronics skills
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Good service mind characteristic
Good communication/reporting/training skill is must
Computer proficiency including software relevant applications
Good at English (4 skills)
