JOB DESCRIPTION
As we celebrate our 1st anniversary and open our second center, English Way is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth functioning of the new branch. This is a dynamic role for someone who can take ownership, manage people, and help grow our community of learners.
Student Recruitment: Actively seek and enroll new students, with incentives tied to successful recruitment.
Team Management: Supervise and support teaching assistants, ensuring they perform effectively.
Assessments: Conduct placement and assessment tests for new students.
Administration: Keep files, records, and center operations organized and up to date.
Safety & Care: Ensure the center remains a safe, welcoming environment for all students.
Parent Communication: Maintain professional communication with parents, answering questions and providing updates.
Activity Support: Assist with outings, events, and extracurricular activities.
Client Relations: Engage with potential clients and represent English Way with professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities in Vietnamese (English ability is preferred)
Experience in education or customer service preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Passionate about education and helping students succeed.

Communicate with potential clients who show interest in our programs.
REQUIREMENTS
