[HO] STRATEGY SPECIALIST

Strategic Analysis & Development:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Propose new business initiatives & Build business cases following Bank's strategy
Evaluate the performance of new business initiatives and make the report to management
Strategic Planning & Project Management
Co-ordinate the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives to make it into implements
Track progress and measure KPIs of strategic initiatives
Decision Support & Advisory:
Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board/Board of Directors on business performance and strategic recommendations
Act as an internal advisor to other departments on analytical methods to support for smooth implements
Head Office KPI management:
Build up framework, analyze performance and progress tracking of Head Office Units, Divisions, Department's performance
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Strategy Analysis & Development: Analyzing market, competitor & product performance data and drive insights
Data Governance & Reporting: Standardizing measurement methods, and consolidating data across departments, develop system for data management & make the report
