Hotel Director / Director of Rooms

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including at least 4-6 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel, integrated resort, or international hospitality environment.
Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets, forecasting, revenue optimization, and operational costs to achieve financial and business objectives.
Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams while driving service excellence, employee engagement, and operational performance.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with guests, employees, business partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and divisions to deliver seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems, including Opera PMS and other hospitality technologies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
