1. HR
Lead and manage HR Functions to ensure HR effectiveness
Annually review and enhance company policies
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures
Manage full-circle payroll, social insurance & PIT, Recruitment
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs
Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly
Conduct performance and salary reviews
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements
Report to CEO/CFO monthly after payroll
Other tasks assigned by BOD
2. ADMIN
Oversee the internal operation of administration activities
Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats
Mange all facility of office and warehouse, company car and others

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from University in Economics, Human Resource Management, English or related field
From 3 years of experience in equivalent position
Understanding deeply about human resource management, laws, tax, union...
Proficient in leadership & planning skill, communication, negotiation and flexible in work
Good attitude, honest, careful, diligent, teamwork
Expertise on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Proficiency in English (Work with Expat)
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
