HR ManagerPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Recruitment and training
• Handle various tasks of recruitment such as receiving, verifying recruitment requisitions from teams, preparing & translating the job description, posting jobs online, receiving applications & shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, summarizing recruitment results, working with the selected candidates and respective people for offer letter, supporting selected candidates to start working successfully in the Company, following up the probation assessment and labor contracts for new employees.
• Understand well recruitment plans, strategies, and use recruitment channels, tools appropriate to ensure recruiting new members in the timely manner.
• Update the candidate pool timely and correctly.
• Coordinate with headhunting companies, consultants and teams on vacancies and recruitment matters in order to recruit enough manpower any time.
• Strictly follow the recruitment process and keep filing related documents all the time.
• Provide training support for new members.
Payroll and Personal income tax (PIT)
• Support various payroll services such as payroll calculation, compulsory insurance registration, PIT calculation, PIT finalization, and so on.
• Understand well HR & payroll systems with the willingness to improve processes and implement changes for efficiencies.
• Work on monthly attendance sheet and follow up well different types of leave of the employee.
• Provide possible answers for payroll queries from employees.
• Provide employees with guidance relating to HR policies and procedures when necessary.
• Responsible for building and maintaining HR system, E-approval of the company.
• Work with HR software for related tasks of payroll services.
• Support or/ and implement annual remuneration adjustment review including appraisal on the employee's performance, result report, salary adjustment, etc.
Paper work and others
• Communicate with employees about the Company's policies and procedures. Handle well HR related matters about disciplines if any.
• Support to create and maintain HR documents such as labor contract, offer letter, decisions, etc.
• Keep the filing system of HR documents in the appropriate manner.
• Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
