Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, cost analysis, or HR data analytics.
Strong knowledge of C&B structures, payroll operations, SI/HI/UI, PIT, and labor law compliance.
Skilled in budget planning, cost control, and P&L / HR cost analysis to support business decisions.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting - able to build HR/financial dashboards, track KPIs, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling); familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; high accuracy in handling financial and payroll data;
commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, and transparent practices.
Excellent command of written and spoken English to meet operation needs; able to prepare and present financial/C&B reports clearly.
Advanced Excel/MOS, HR System, SI/UI/HI, GOV, Tax, financial reporting tools.
Working 5 days per week.
