1. Objective of position
HR Executive - Talent Development plays a key role in building and strengthening ACVN's talent capabilities to support current and future business needs. This role focuses on developing leadership pipelines, enhancing organizational capabilities, and partnering closely with department managers to create development roadmaps, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and succession planning frameworks. The position ensures all talent development initiatives are aligned with ACVN's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), competency model, and long-term organizational strategy.
2. Major Responsibilities
Area of responsibility
Talent development & building capability:
• Partner with departmental managers to identify talent development needs and create roadmaps and IDPs for key positions.
• Design, implement, and monitor development programs to enhance employee competencies and leadership readiness.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and propose suitable development solutions.
• Develop functional training frameworks to bridge skill gaps and support workforce capability building.
Leadership development & succession planning:
• Manage and update the 9-Box talent matrix to evaluate potential and performance across departments.
• Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop successor planning for critical roles.
• Facilitate leadership assessment activities and ensure competency standards are met and maintained.
Organizational development (OD):
• Support
HR Manager in OD initiatives such as organizational structure review, competency framework enhancement, and performance management integration.
• Contribute to changing management activities to ensure alignment with business strategies.
EVP & Employee engagement:
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute EVP programs that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Support communication campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and internal culture-building activities.
HR project support:
• Assist in the implementation of HR digitalization, process improvement, and talent analytics projects.
• Provide reports, dashboards, and insights related to talent development and training effectiveness.
