Mô tả công việc
1. Talent acquisition:
• Collaborating with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and give appropriate consultancy if needed.
• Communicating with hiring managers to ensure recruitment timely and integrate with hiring plan.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, hiring platforms.Working with all potential recruitment sources to get contact with potential staff, getting the right people for the company.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to be the best suitable for the opening positions.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open
positions.
• Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as coordination with the recruitment agencies, CV management, advertisement, short list CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interview, and preparing interview documents and others follow-up actions until the recruitment process is completed (candidate being rejected or employed).
• Setting up & implementing onboarding for new employee.
• Supporting to promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
2. Compensation & benefit:
• Ensure that all HR-related issues, such as policies, labor contracts, remuneration systems, social insurance, and PIT, are in accordance with Vietnamese labor legislation.
• Examine, recommend, and execute C&B procedures for health care, business retreats, sick leave, and other company events.
• Coordinate any events organized by HRAD Department.
• Share teamwork and other projects as assigned

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relative field.
• Having at least 2 years working experience in recruitment field.
• Having good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Having at least 2 years working experience in recruitment field.
• Having good knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
• High sense of services, responsibility, solutions and results driven, having a positive and can-do attitude.
• Having excellent negotiation, presentation skills, and good analytical skill.
• Knowledge and understanding the Vietnam Labor Law and SMUI.
• Ability to think out of the box and take initiatives in the tasks assigned.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools.
• Being able to work under high pressure, commitment to deadlines.
