HR Manager is responsible for all activities and aspects of human resources of the company, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, staff health and office administration. Ensure that human resources policies and procedures are implemented properly.
- Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies
- Partner with CEO and department heads to execute business-specific HR strategies
- Organize company's learning and development activities to clarify the talents needs and ensure that plans meet current and future organization and associate needs
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement, benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applicants
- Set up & control human resources budget to comply with business and cost-effective staffing plan
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of experiences working as HR Manager, preferably in F&B industry.
- Fluent English in read, write and communication
- Sound knowledge of HR Process management
- Excel & Powerpoint expert. Strong in logical thinking & working with numerals
- Have demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of inter-personal, execution and problem solving
