HR Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at our company. This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will manage HR operations while driving people-focused initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and employee engagement. You will work closely with factory leadership to ensure a high-performing, compliant, and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all HR operations at the factory, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance
• Build and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on capability building, engagement, and retention
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and performance improvement
• Oversee employee engagement programs, performance reviews, training plans, and succession pipelines
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies. Handle labor relations and workplace issues with fairness and integrity
• Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership, communication, and people management
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment in line with Piaggio's values
