Mô tả công việc
• Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes,
• Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion), Hiring, Orientation, Training...
• Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client's requirements,
• Follow and monitor daily compliance requirements to make sure a workplace safe, good healthy environment for all workers
• Keep employee compliance with company discipline, regulations,
• Manage all documents and activities of safety, heath, fire-drill...
• Prepare all documents for Social Compliance audits required by clients as SLCP, WRAP, BSCI... and other certificates HIGG, GRS, CTPAT...
• Prepare & issuing official notices, announcements, offer letters, warnings, terminate, confirmations, increments & promotion letters...
• Consult regulations, policies, rules and propose measures to improve the quality of human resources, attend the evaluation for employees periodically, establish and evaluate KPI for employees.
• Give ideas and organize activities to raise the spirits of employees,
• Prepare reports to BOD,
• Other tasks assigned by BOD
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related ),
• Having at least 5 years' experience at the same level of manager position,
• Experience more than 5 years in textile garment industry (scope 500-1.000 employees),
• Deeply knowledge about Vietnam labor law (especially in wages and insurance),
• Good at data Analysis and Reporting, Communication, Relationship at workplace,
• Excellent in Excel and fluent in English,
• Skills of maintaining, creating the relations and solve disagreements, conflicts in the organization & skills to build processes according to sets of standards,
• Have experience on Social Compliance audits required by clients as SLCP, WRAP, BSCI... and other certificates HIGG, GRS, CTPAT...
• Time management, work under pressure ability, honesty and having strong moral principles,
• Having the ability to make plan, organize work, analysis and solve issues.
• Female candidates are preferred.
