• Payroll: Collect & check OT claims, Working attendance reports, Annual leave, nightshift, standby reports, Urge all depts to submit the reports to check in time.
• PIT: Monthly PIT declaration, help to apply PIT code for staffs, apply documents for registration of family dependents, other related to.
• Social Insurance: Help to submit reports, claims SHUI matters to Insurance Department.
• Expats support: Follow & support expat matters including working permit, visa / temporary residence card. PIT declaration, SHUI registration.
• Yearly appraisal: Prepare forms, submit to relevant depts. Monitor and update staff's information such as working history, promotion, adjustment.
• 24/7 Insurance for employees & Manager's Dependents: Guide to staffs on the claim process, new Insurance contract, register of employee dependents.
• Employment: Help to distribute new labor contracts in time.
• In charge of protecting Personal Data: Manage and guide the staff in order to compliance with regulations on Personal Data protection in the Company.
• ISO support: To track & coordinate with other Depts to ensure smooth progress of Admin Works.

1. Knowledge:
- University graduate in HR field or related fields
- At least 2 years in Payroll & Insurance section or equivalent.
2. Skills:
- English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using all office computer software, HRM.
