I. Job Accountabilities:
Manage the HR systems, work with suppliers and IT to ensure their smooth functions, as well as the quality of data and reports. Explore the opportunities for further automations to streamline the workflows and processes. Provide instructions and guidelines to the users to ensure the employee data to be fully captured in the system with accuracy and on time
Manage employee data as well as issue and record all HR documents including but not limited to: labor contracts, termination decision, notice letter, confirmation letter, ...
Oversee all employee movements (including new hire, transfer, promotion, termination, labor contract renewal, probation assessment,...) with the issuance of the related labor documents on time and in compliance with the labor legislations
Build HR budget and propose solutions to control cost effectively
Update HR templates and processes/ policies to ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations
Build key control factors and conduct periodic audit for HR processes
Implement employees' benefits according to company policies
Design and implement rewards program to attract and retain people
Conduct market benchmarking and annual salary review
Take charge of the required reports timely and accurately
Proactively provide management team and employees with legal updates and advisory, as well as propose action plan to adapt with the changes of law/
Manage and develop the capability of team members
Support for the payroll-related activities
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant role, in which at least 2 years in managerial levels
Strong knowledge and experience about HR management systems, HR policy & process design, job evaluation, payroll, legal regulations
Good at interpersonal communication, problem solving, planning, analysis and team management skill
Good at spoken & written English and Vietnamese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...
