Recruitment & onboarding
- In collaboration with the HR Manager, support the recruitment process to address current capabilities and future recruitment needs,
- Support the HR manager on the recruitment plan needs on short, medium and long term for the subsidiary
- Accompany and coordinate the recruitments with the HR Manager and other departments
o Collaborate with local stakeholders to maintain a continuous pool of potential candidates.
o Coordinate the recruitment process in writing job descriptions in collaboration with the managers of the departments, posting, reviewing CV, contacting external agencies, organizing interviews and advising on candidates
o Report and record accurate recruitment data
o Analyze the recruitment data
- Support the HR manager on the onboarding of new employees and collect all the necessary documents.
- Report all the onboarding and analyze the data from the onboarding initiatives
- Propose improvements of the onboarding and recruitment process to the HR Manager.
1.2. Training
- Assist to implements and delivers training programs, such as soft-skills, managements, technical skills and HR-related training.
- Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules. Organize and coordinate training manuals, reference library, and other educational materials.
- Record training information and training reports.
- Achieve training target timely.
- Other tasks if required.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience
Communication Skills (verbal English & Vietnamese)
Interview & Analysis Skill
Effective planning and implementation skill
