Mô tả công việc
Recruitment and Corporate Branding duties:
• Having a good sense in identifying, approaching and attracting potential candidates quickly.
• Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: recruitment websites, social networks...
• Screen CVs to shortlist the qualified candidates for the right position and coordinate with team leaders/project managers/General Manager to arrange interviews and follow up the offers.
• Build up corporate branding among IT fields
• Build up HR network, industries network and suitable channels for recruitment to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools.
• Update and maintain candidate database, headcount tracking and staff movement records.
• Follow up closely with candidates prior to their joining and post joining till end of probation.
C&B and Staff Relation duties:
• Procure, maintain, and foster the best talent levels and employee job satisfaction in the company as possible.
• Establish, develop and maintain HR policies.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities that have jurisdiction over HR related issues including labor and social security authorities and make required filings of documents.
• Be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions.
• Administer staff awards and contests, employee outings and events, disciplinary actions.
• Administer and process termination of employment.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Yêu cầu
MUST TO HAVE
- At least 02-03 years of experiences in similar position (prefer in IT)
- Active and positive-thinking characteristic and willing to work in challenging environment
- Strong management and leadership skill
- Can communicate well in English (directly with foreigners).
- Good interpersonal, planning, analytical skills
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem-solving.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Know about Japanese culture and working environment
- Know Japanese and can communicate basically
- Previous working experience in IT, Computer-related field"
