Role purpose
This position is responsible for operating, monitoring and supervising the HR tasks across entire Company.
Key Accountabilities
1. Recruitment:
• Be the owner of full recruitment process including e-recruitment of sales platform
• Be responsible for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative recruitment targets assigned from time to time by company;
• To work with departments to understand their requirements for business and manpower, make plan and implement recruiting activities, ensuring to fill all vacancies with high quality candidates within timeline and cost;
• Build up, manage and pipeline candidate pool/ database;
• Review and improve recruiting policies & procedures and documentation.
2. Training & Development:
• Analyze the training needs of individuals or groups of staff to propose training programs that enhance their performance;
• Counsel staff and managers about the company's training programs and policies and arrange for staff to participate in internal and external training within approved budget;
• Maintain and analyze the productivity before and after training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs;
• Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources;
• Source and evaluate vendor/ appointed learning institutions. Arrange all logistics and venue, training materials and participant;
• Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the company's training activities remain current and relevant.
• Be responsible for On boarding process for new hire;
3. Staff Engagement & Employee Relations:
• Create work atmosphere through department and cross-department activities/ projects (team building, sport activities, parties & celebrations);
• Strengthening communication on Company's Purpose, Objectives/ Goals through Kick-off meeting, Quarterly Town Halls, Intranet, Forum, Newsletter;
• Embed Company core values through communication, engagement activities;
• Solve questions of employee about C&B; labor conflict;
• Investigate complaints and/or coordinate investigation; provide HR Head with recommendations for solutions;
• Ensure application of Labor Code and company policy.
4. Other HR tasks:
• Participate in several HR projects;
• Company events;
• Weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports;
• Other tasks are assigned by HR Head.
Yêu cầu
- Education:
• Bachelor degree
• University degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology or related field
- Other required Degree, Professional Qualifications and Certifications
- Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Relevant Working Experience:
• At least 5 years working experience in HR positions, preferable in financial and banking, insurance sector
• Especially good at Recruitment
- Required Languages: English fluent
- Information technology/ Technical tools: MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
