Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Team Leader (Manufacturing, ID17920, 1000USD):
Manage the HR team consisting of 3 staff members (no
HR Manager).
Lead recruitment, labor contracts, attendance tracking, and payroll activities.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations, especially those applicable in Quang Tri Province.
Develop and implement compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and employee relations strategies.
Establish and maintain effective local recruitment channels and community networks.
Provide HR-related reports and participate in interviews using basic English communication.
Propose long-term HR strategies aligned with the factory's development goals.
Requirement
Male/Female, 30- 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
At least from 10 to 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience a similar position
Able to communicate in English for reporting and interviews
Effective recruitment channels and community connections
Labor laws, compensation and benefits, conflict resolution in HR.
