Develop and implement effective Compensation & Benefits programs and structures that ensure the competitiveness in talent attraction, motivation, retention and in accordance with government procedures, related laws and Company policies.
Manage and implement effective Personnel Administration, systems and labor relations that optimize operations and services in accordance with government procedures, related laws and Company policies.
Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, etc.
1. Policy and process review and build up:
- Review and build effective Compensation & Benefits structure and programs
- Propose Salary review yearly which is aligned with internal and market benchmarking
- Review and revamp all HR policies related to C&B and Operations.
2. C&B execution:
- Construct salary range and salary proposal for internal personnel movement and promotion.
- Implement and coordinate yearly salary review exercises.
- Monitor market movement through yearly salary survey report to define/review/revise remuneration policies/procedures where appropriate to ensure competitiveness of C&B and compliance with related laws.
- Implement relevant C&B designs, practices, policies and procedures in line with local law and regulation, company guidelines, market practices & trends.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR processes and policies related to Labor law and internal labor regulation.
- Implement and coordinate with Mercer for job grading definition, job mapping and job evaluation.
3. People cost management:
- Implement, control and monitor budget of personnel cost
- Analyse headcount and cost report.
4. Payroll and employee relations management:
- Manage monthly compensation data for PIT report, compulsory SI/HI/UI reports and yearly PIT finalization.
- Monitor all accrual reports on C&B, monthly report on Operations. Supervise personnel administration process.
- Monitor Internal labor regulation, Collective Labor Agreement to comply with current Labor Code and Company policies.
