POSITION: HSE EXECUTIVE
- Work location: Binh Tan Dist, HCMC
- Report to: QA Manager
1. Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the overall Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSE&S) function of Tan Tao, Sai Dong.
2. Responsibilities Key Performance Indicator
HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT
Orientation and refresh training on time
- Supervise the implementation of HSE
- Participate in establishment and maintenance of an HSE Management System
- Participate in development and maintenance of procedures to comply with legal requirements and client requirements
- Conduct periodic Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments; Incidents and Accident Investigations (if any) and recommend corrective action awareness programs accordingly
- Perform HSE inspections and audits and prepare relevant reports on all safety & health related incidents
- Ensure, monitor, and evaluate the compliance of all regulatory requirements of the in-charge warehouse
- Develop, promote, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment culture for all employees
- Coordinate with other Line Managers and other functions to ensure staff, local partners, and contractors adhere strictly to the safety rules and regulations
- Ensure the monitoring program of environment and industrial hygiene is conducted fully and on time
- Ensure fully and on-time safety inspection for machinery equipment with strict occupational safety requirements
- Ensure the in-charge site complies with relevant legislation e.g., MOLISA, DOLISA, and Local authorities, by working closely with other functions and departments at the in-charge site
- Conduct annual refresh exercises on First Aid, Emergency Evacuation, and Fire Drills at the in-charge site
- Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on HSE and Security according to Phyto requirements and customer at the in-charge site
- Ensure compliance HSE training is developed fully and on time at the in-charge site
- Secretary of the Site HSE Committee
- Control, monitor, and report waste (liquid/solid, domestic/industrial, and hazardous) collection, discharge, and treatment at in-charge sites
- Control, monitor, and report HSE & Security KPI of the in-charge site
- Conduct regular HSE & Security meetings with the HSE site committee and follow-up action
- HSE & Security Corrective Action Admin
- HSE & Security Document Controller
- HSE & Security Internal Audit team leader: schedule, internal audit report, and follow-up corrective action
