Mô tả công việc
• Assist with the declaration of local raw materials on system, ensure accuracy and completeness of chemical data entries.
• Prepare and organize documentation related to HSE. Support with updating and maintaining relevant documents.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
• Participate in regular Gemba walks/patrols to observe and report on workplace safety practices and conditions.
• Conduct routine checks of CCTV footage to monitor compliance with safety protocols and identify potential risks.
• Report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents to the HSE Manager promptly.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of site safety processes and procedures.
• Ensure that safety measures are followed by all personnel and assist in safety training sessions as needed.
Yêu cầu
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, HSE, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of chemical safety regulations and workplace safety practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with job-related systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Able to complete 3 month-internship time.
• Able to provide recommendation letter from university.
