1. Salary, Welfare, and Employee Benefits Management
Oversee salary, welfare, labor, and benefit policies for employees.
Monitor the implementation and allocation of the Company's salary and bonus funds.
Manage recruitment activities.
Supervise training programs and development initiatives.
Administer employee recognition programs and disciplinary actions.
Develop output quotas and manage employee headcount.
Ensure compliance with employee-related policies, including labor contracts, insurance, healthcare, periodic health checks, labor protection, and hazardous work policies.
2. Organizational Structure and Human Capital
Propose and develop the Company's organizational structure, including establishing or dissolving units, divisions, and executive apparatus.
Participate in building systems of rules, procedures, and regulations within the Company.
Supervise adherence to established rules, procedures, and regulations.
Manage and utilize assigned human resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Advise the Director on decisions related to salary adjustments, rewards, disciplinary actions, appointments, demotions, and job transfers.
3. Administrative Management
Direct and oversee the Company's administrative operations, including document management, archiving, meetings, office equipment, transportation, and security.
4. Other Responsibilities
Train and guide subordinate staff in their roles and responsibilities.
Disseminate policies and provide guidance to departments promptly.
Develop plans and supervise the implementation of security measures, labor safety, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention.
Conduct periodic inspections of firefighting equipment to ensure readiness and compliance.
Organize and oversee emergency response drills.
Yêu cầu
- University of Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 7-10 years in HR & Admin management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations and the operational efficiency.
- Deliver effective HR solutions and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation.
