Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and university networks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging recruitment marketing content that showcases career opportunities, company culture, employee stories, and startup life.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce recruitment campaigns, videos, and other employer branding materials.
Organize and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen TeenUp's employer brand.
HR Operations & Administration
Support new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employment documents and onboarding paperwork.
Provide logistical support for internal training sessions and employee engagement activities when required.
Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by manager.
Manage internal communication channels such as Base, and chat groups.
