1/ Administration:
Participate in building the mission, vision, and core values of the company
Organization events
Process the foreigner's documents
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors
2/ Recruiting and Training:
Recruit and arrange office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
Training and orientation for employees
Implement internal and mandatory training programs according to labor regulations and laws
Implement the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over
Build and implement employee evaluation and reward process.
Manage employee records and documents
Perform evaluation, disciplinary action, and/or resignation of employees as prescribed by the company regulation
3/ Compensation & benefit:
Supervise timekeeping management, salary calculation, social insurance, and personal income tax
Communicate and work with government agencies: Social insurance, fire prevention, labor management department, etc.
4/ Records management
Manage and distribute the ISO and IATF documents.
Preparing the documents for the Audit (IATF, ISO, tax, etc.)
Manage and draft records, policies, procedures, etc.
Update and follow the Law system and monitor the obey of employees
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience as HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Careful, caring, and flexible.
