About the Role
BIWOCO is seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our HR department. This role plays a key part in supporting people operations across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with both leadership and employees to foster a high-performing and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment, Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Proactively and strategically source top IT talent using various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and effective recruitment strategies
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and smooth integration for new hires
Promote the company's employer brand through social media, recruitment campaigns, and university/industry partnerships
Represent the company at career fairs and external hiring events to expand the talent pipeline
2. Employee Relations & Culture
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts professionally and confidentially
Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture
3. Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance review processes
Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal practices
Ensure performance systems align with company objectives
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws
Communicate policy changes clearly and effectively across teams
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and internal communications
Recommend initiatives that strengthen morale, collaboration, and retention
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (either in-house or at agencies)
Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in general HR operations (employee relations, performance management, internal communications, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Familiarity with HR software and social media recruiting tools
Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
