As the HR Leader/Manager, you will lead the entire HR function at Sonat, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications.
You are not only responsible for daily HR operations but also for translating strategic directions from the Board of Directors into scalable HR systems and people initiatives. Your mission is to build a high-performing HR team, create an outstanding employee experience, and ensure Sonat continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the HR team across Talent Acquisition, C&B, OD, L&D, and Internal Communications to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Translate strategic directions from the CEO/COO into actionable HR plans with clear milestones.
- Build and optimize HR workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and operating standards to improve efficiency and reduce dependency on individuals.
- Monitor HR performance, identify operational risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary HR partner for managers and stakeholders across the company.
2. Organization Development & Talent Growth
- Develop and continuously improve organizational structures, competency frameworks, career paths, and performance management systems.
- Design and implement learning & development initiatives based on business priorities and capability gaps.
- Build Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development programs.
- Partner with managers to strengthen team capability and succession planning.
3. Employee Experience, Culture & Employer Branding
- Foster a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Transform Sonat's core values into practical behaviors through HR initiatives and internal communication.
- Ensure consistency between internal employee experience and external employer branding.
- Partner with TA and IC teams to strengthen Sonat's employer brand and candidate experience
4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor recruitment performance, hiring quality, and workforce planning.
- Support talent mapping, succession planning, and long-term talent pipeline development.
5. Compensation, Employee Relations & Compliance
- Develop and optimize compensation and benefits policies aligned with company strategy and market benchmarks.
- Ensure payroll, employee benefits, labor compliance, and HR policies are implemented accurately.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and fairly while minimizing legal risks.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant international HR certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and people management, including at least 2 years in an HR Lead/
HR Manager role
- Strong experience across multiple HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Experience building HR systems, SOPs, competency frameworks, performance management, and people development programs.
- Solid understanding of labor law, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Experience in the IT, Technology, or Gaming industry is highly preferred.
