📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Occasional domestic travel)
💰 Package: 50,000,000 - 70,000,000 VND Gross/month + Performance Bonus & Premium Healthcare
👉 The role covers the end-to-end HR cycle - from recruitment and C&B to HRIS implementation, employee engagement, and compliance
🌟 What you'll do:
Partner with leadership in a matrix structure to align HR strategy with business goals.
Lead recruitment, especially for sales talent in foodservice, and strengthen talent pipelines.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Implement and optimize HRIS tools, leveraging AI for process simplification.
Drive people development, succession planning, and training initiatives.
Use HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
🎯 What we're looking for:
8-10 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in management.
Proven track record in Recruitment, C&B, HRIS.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Office & AI tools.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Experience in mid-size MNCs (-100-200 employees), ideally FMCG, foodservice, retail, or manufacturing.
Flexible, open-minded, and ready to experiment with new ideas.
