Overall & Key Responsibilities:
Support newly established IE functions at the Vietnam factory, including building
standard working cycle time for each department, new item creation and continuous improvement (CI) projects.
Conduct time and method studies to standardize processes and improve productivity.
Measure, analyze, and monitor production efficiency and performance.
Prepare and present IE and efficiency reports.
Set up and track operational targets aligned with factory objectives.
Apply and promote Lean manufacturing tools and culture across the organization.

Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a science-based discipline is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills; experience with Minitab is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good time management and task-prioritization skills.
- Ability to train others and transfer knowledge effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with both teams and individuals.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and follow up on action plans to support key objectives.
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an advantage.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
