Mô tả công việc
Position Overview
This dedicated IE role supports all order costing and mass production operations for Vietnam manufacturing facilities. You will assess style production feasibility, create detailed operation breakdowns and calculate precise SMV/SAM for costing and bulk execution. You will align work method standards with front-end teams and local factories, drive ongoing Kaizen efficiency improvements, build unified cross-product SMV standards, conduct on-site factory visits to record best-practice operation footage, maintain a centralized SMV database, and deploy standardized production methods to all sample rooms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Garment Production Feasibility Validation Complete full technical feasibility assessment for all new styles, evaluate process compatibility with Vietnam factory conditions, identify operational bottlenecks and cost risks during the quotation phase to ensure reliable pricing output.
2. Standard Operation Bulleting & Precise SMV / SAM Calculation Develop consistent, granular operation breakdown sheets tailored for costing quotation and mass production rollout across Vietnam plants. Deliver credible SAM/SMV benchmarks as core reference for pricing, line balancing and factory capacity planning.
3. Cross-Factory Coordination on SMV & Method Study Serve as the IE focal point to align operation standards with front-end development teams and on-site production plants. Resolve inconsistencies in operation sequences, motion standards and SMV calculation logic to unify regional technical baselines.
4. Drive Continuous Kaizen & SMV Reduction Initiatives Lead lean improvement activities across all Vietnam production sites. Identify non-value-added motions and inefficient workflows, implement standardized optimization solutions to achieve measurable SMV savings, lower manufacturing costs and improve overall line efficiency.
5. Build Unified Cross-Product SMV Standardization Formulate consistent SMV benchmark specifications covering the full product portfolio, eliminate calculation discrepancies between different factory sites and deliver consistent costing data for internal commercial teams.
6. On-Site Vietnam Factory Visits to Capture Best Practice Footage Conduct regular on-site visits to bulk production workshops, record high-efficiency standard operation videos that match local factory equipment and labor conditions, and document benchmark motion sequences.
7. Establish & Maintain Centralized SMV Database Systematically sort, archive and label all collected operation footage from Vietnam production sites. Build and update a shared SMV knowledge library accessible to costing, technical and production teams to speed up quotation turnaround.
8. Roll Out Standardized Production Methods to All Sample Rooms Translate verified, factory-adaptable manufacturing techniques into practical SOPs, train sample room teams to adopt unified operation standards and align pre-production workmanship requirements.
