The IE Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating Industrial Engineering activities to ensure effective control of process standards, technical documentation, sample management, measurement data, and continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Section Work Control: Lead and coordinate Industrial Engineering activities, deploy assignments from the IE Manager, and ensure timely execution of section objectives.
Team Supervision and Follow-up: Supervise, support, and monitor engineers and technicians to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
Workload and Manpower Coordination: Coordinate workload and manpower allocation to support production and development needs.
Process and Standard Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, implement, and maintain process, measurement, and work standards.
Technical Documentation Review: Review and guide the preparation of technical documents, technical drawings, work instructions, forms, and related records.
Technical Problem Solving: Support root cause analysis and resolution of process, product, and measurement-related issues.
Sample, Measurement, and New Product Support: Oversee sample preparation, measurement activities, process validation, and new product introduction support.
Improvement and Cost Control: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Training and Capability Development: Identify skill gaps, develop team competencies through coaching, training, and performance support.
Reporting and Target Follow-up: Monitor section performance, track KPI achievement, report progress and improvement results, and follow up on action plans to ensure objectives are met
