Mô tả công việc
Ensure tight IELTS security is upheld
Maintain filing system of IELTS materials and keep records of IELTS data on available system
Provide consultation to candidates about IELTs Test services
Receives incoming phone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to th proper parties within the dealership
Maintain and update the self-learning center and marketing materials for IELTS when needed
Assistant in other matters of IELTS examinations
Other admin duties as needed
Communicate with different people at different levels on a day-to-day basis in English & Vietnamese language.
Yêu cầu
Have Bachelor's Degree from Universities/ Faculties of Pedagogy
Aware of IELTS security issues
Ability to deal with IELTS enquiries and candidates' complaints
Ability to perform multitask and work under pressure
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Attention to details
Professional & efficient English communication
Proficiency in MS Office use
At least a Bachelor of Degree
