I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and process import shipment documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress, coordinate with relevant parties, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries while handling service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the Company's reputation.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and process import documentation, including checking pre-alerts from overseas agents, submitting manifest data, issuing Arrival Notices (A/N) and Delivery Orders (D/O), and maintaining documentation records in accordance with Company procedures.
- Accurately update shipment information, operational costs, and other related data in the Company's system.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, ports, warehouses, and other relevant parties to monitor shipment status, control costs, and resolve operational issues throughout the transportation process.
- Proactively provide shipment updates to customers, respond to inquiries, and support issue resolution to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor, verify, and process payment requests for shipment-related expenses in compliance with Company procedures.
- Arrange cargo insurance certificates for shipments requiring insurance coverage upon customer request.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure multi-service shipments are handled efficiently and delivered on schedule.
- Prepare periodic shipment volume reports and other reports as assigned by the Department Manager.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or other related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other job-related software.
- Good command of English for daily business communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

V. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; two Saturdays off per month.
