About this role
The role stations in our factory - Regent Garment Factory Limited that is located in Hai Duong province
This role will ensure the process of importing/ exporting goods smoothly, accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the export team
• Handle the export shipments
• Ensuring all operations of export team adhere to laws, SOP requirements and manuals of buyers
• Cooperating with other teams, other departments within the company to ensure that all operations of export team run smoothly
• Coordinating export shipments to ensure that they arrive on time, not issue
• Establishing and managing relationships with buyers, forwarders, other departments
• Completing all reports as assign of shipping manager
Yêu cầu
• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economic, Logistics or Commercial
• At least 5 years working experience at the same position
• Hands-on experience in SAP/ VNACCS/ Bravo
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer skills: Accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio
• Ability to work independently and collaborately
