Overview:
This position is based at Regent Garment Factory 2, located in Hai Phong Province (formerly Hai Duong), under Crystal International Group (Hong Kong) - one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of apparel products.
The person in this role will be responsible for handling export shipment operations, coordinating logistics and customs procedures, and working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant delivery processes.
I/ Job Description:
- Manage and monitor export shipments, including booking arrangements, shipping documentation, and Certificate of Origin (C/O);
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Merchandising teams to ensure on-time shipment schedules;
- Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, and brokers to handle export procedures and customs clearance;
- Track shipment status, resolve logistics and delivery issues, and ensure smooth transportation processes.;
- Control logistics costs, process local charge payments, and reconcile accounts with service providers;
- Ensure all export activities comply with legal regulations, internal procedures, and customer requirements.
Yêu cầu
II/ Requirement:
- Graduated from economics/business universities majoring in Logistic, International Business, etc;
- At least 1 years of experience in the Import-Export industry;
- Good English skills (4 skills: listening, reading, speaking & writing)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to prepare, verify, and handle import-export documents (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, C/O, C/Q).
