Role: Organize and manage on a daily-basis all inbound warehouse-related processes and resources in an efficient manner, to ensure that Safety, Quality and Cost requirements are met. Manage and lead warehouse personnel in a challenging and customer focused environment
Duties will include and not be limited to:
- Manage and co-ordinate all activities for inbound material flow
- Supervise warehouse operations and all material handling activities
- Ensure timely issuance, receipt and control of shipping documents
- Control Storage conditions
- Writes and implement operational and personnel policies & procedures to ensure that critical scans are in place
- Develop and maintain relationship with 3rd party relationship with different authorities and subcontractors including maintenance and equipment providers to ensure best service provision
- Monitor the applicable legislation (for customs, logistics) and ensure compliance
- Monitors and initiate the deployment of new technologies and new processes
- Conduct analysis of all warehouse-processes, to detect gaps and implement suitable measurements, to reduce negative impact on the performance.
- Ensure effective cost management.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures at all areas of material handling.
- Guide the development of the personnel

Tóm tắt công việc : Tổ chức và quản lý nhập, xuất hàng ngày kho nguyên vật liệu theo đúng qui trình kho và hiệu quả, để đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu về an toàn, chất lượng và chi phí. Quản lý và hướng dẫn nhân viên kho làm việc trong môi trường đầy thử thách và hướng đến khách hàng.
Nhiệm vụ bao gồm và không giới hạn công việc như sau:
- Quản lý và điều phối các hoạt động xuất và nhập nguyên vật liệu.
- Giám sát các hoạt động kho và các hoạt động xử lý nguyên liệu.
- Đảm bảo phát hành, tiếp nhận và kiểm soát chứng từ vận chuyển
- Kiểm soát điều kiện bảo quản.
- Viết và triển khai thực hiện các qui trình, chính sách hoạt động của kho và nhân sự để đảm bảo các điểm quan trọng tầm kiểm soát
- Phát triển và duy trì quan hệ khách hàng với bên thứ 3, cơ quan chức năng khác nhau và nhà thầu phụ bao gồm nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bảo trì,thiết bị để đảm bảo dịch vụ được cung cấp tốt nhất
- Giám sát những qui định luật được áp dụng (Hải Quan và Cung Ứng) và đảm bảo được tuân thủ
- Giám sát và triển khai qui trình và công nghệ mới
- Rà soát, phân tích các qui trình kho nhằm phát hiện điểm cần khắc phục và thực hiện đo lường phù hợp để giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực ảnh hướng đến hiệu suất.
- Quản lý chi phí kho hiệu quả
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ qui trình an toàn tại tất cả khu vực xử lý nguyên vật liệu
