1. FUNCTION
· Implement new injection molding process,
· Optimize current injection molding process,
· Support production team with expertise,
· Set up reliable process and control,
· Continuous improvement,
· Problem Solving,
· Conduct 5S program
· Contribute on Safety program improvement
2. ROLE / ASSIGNMENT
2.1: New Project:
· Budget and establish return investment,
· Mold Design verification and validation,
· Injection Process definition,
· Molds/Material accreditation,
2.2: Continuous Improvement:
· Optimize injection process,
· Define tooling improvement,
· Define peripheric improvement,
· Implement necessary tools
2.3: Production Support:
· Trouble shooting
· Expertise on issues
· Training teams
· Safety improvement
· 5S
3. RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK
The technician ensure:
3.1: New Project:
· Investment needed,
· Mold design match with Siamp Standard
· Injection Process stable and reliable
· Mold and Material are adapted
3.2: Continuous Improvement:
· Injection Process optimized
· Reliable tooling
· Reliable peripheric equipment
· Clean and organized environment
3.1: Production Support:
· Technical support to production teams
· Support on trouble shooting solving
· Teams well train on all injection processes
· Safe Working Practice
· 5S program

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
The candidate must have:
• Experiences in injection molding plastic from 5 years,
• Knowledge on mold design and structure,
• Knowledge on plastic materials,
• Knowledge on continuous improvement methods and tools (Smed, Kanban,5S,etc...),
• Able to communicate by English,
• Able to use Microsoft office,
• Able to use Cad software,
