• Writing Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Review work scope, schedule, cost, manpower, etc...
• Managing Design firm (Domestic and Foreign)
- Review design proposal with the given Design Manual from the related parties

- Preparing and providing the design that the government require
• Construction Management works
- Comparison & review between construction drawing & detailed drawing for approval shop drawing
- Management for construction schedule
- Management for CA (Construction Administration) works and main contractor for building
- Management for design changes and history
• Handover Management works
- Write guideline for interior of operation and maintenance
- Design confirm of operation and maintenance (signage, interior, construction schedule, etc...)
- Management the final stage of project handover works, including installation supervision
(signage, artwork, lighting, etc...)
