Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities:
• Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
• Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally
• Assist on timesheet reminder, leave-late notification, order and manage stationeries
• Arrange team activities and team buildings
• Other tasks required by mentor/Manager
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree of English, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred
• Good translation skill, translation experience in finance or accounting sector for foreign invested bank/companies is preferred
• Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Details oriented and strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
• Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate "can do" and "team working" attitude with an ability to learn quickly
