Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and asset accounting & stocktaking - Conduct regular inventory and asset checks with relevant departments, summarize results, and issue stocktaking reports.
Sales invoicing - Issue sales invoices promptly for completed sales transactions and record them in the accounting system.
Accounts receivable management - Reconcile accounts with customers regularly, monitor payments, and ensure timely posting of received amounts.
Tax calculation and declaration - Calculate, declare, and pay taxes on time according to local tax laws; coordinate with local tax authorities and third-party agencies when needed.
Expense review and fund management - Review and monitor company expenses and assist in managing corporate funds and cash flows.
Review expense processes of overseas subsidiaries, including verification of original documents related to taxes, payroll accruals, and other financial items.
Supervise local accounting operations and fund management, coordinate and communicate with external auditors/accounting firms in overseas markets.
Review financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, profit & loss statement) prepared by overseas finance teams.
Participate in the preparation and management of quarterly/annual budgets for overseas marketing subsidiaries.
Prepare and analyze operating profit & loss statements for overseas subsidiaries.
Lead and implement financial systems rollout, including shared finance systems, BI platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., UFIDA, SAP).
Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions between overseas affiliates.
