We are seeking an experienced International Freight Forwarder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding operations and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipment process, such as customs clearance, documentation, and transportation. The successful candidate should also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment with a global reach.

Unity Int Cargo P/L is a successful International Freight Forwarding company based in Australia. We specialise in sea, air and land freight operations. Currently we are looking for a remote ,vibrant, and hands on, Sea Freight / Air Freight Specialist to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for handling Sea /Air freight operations and customer service.
Skills required include:
Registering and tracing shipments
Liaising with clients, carriers, transport operators and agents
Documentation management
CargoWise One software experience
Coordinating customer requests within all departments
Ensuring a high-level of customer service is maintained at all times
You must possess: a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the freight forwarding / logistics industry; attention to detail; excellent written & verbal communication skills in English/Chinese and be a team player.
