Working with customers on expected order placement plans, planning and implementing tasks related to orders (production, revenue, receivables).
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with the customer's shipping schedule.
Handling export documentation procedures with customers.
Performing tasks related to order management, accounts receivable, to ensure revenue meets planned targets as a basis for other related departments to achieve their goals as planned.
Expanding the product portfolio on the customer's sales system through regular search and introduction of new designs/products.
Discussing with customers to develop sales policies, marketing support tools.
Evaluating sales results, comparing targets with actual results.
Regularly surveying customers to grasp market conditions as well as the business direction of customers.
