• Minh Giang Auto has been established and operating in Vietnam for more than 20 years and is recognized as one of the reputable companies specializing in the manufacturing and importation of pickup truck canopies, automotive accessories, decorative products, and spare parts for various vehicle models.
• Our main customer base includes international partners from countries such as South Korea, Australia, Morocco, Thailand, and Cambodia. Currently, we are the exclusive supplier and distributor of automotive accessories and spare parts for Ford in the Asian market, as well as products from leading manufacturers including Vandapac Co., Ltd. (Maxliner), Wichien Dynamic Industry Co., Ltd. (Fitt), RBS Plastic Co., Ltd., KSC 4x4, Profender 4x4, and Lenso - well-known Thailand-based companies specializing in automotive accessories and spare parts. In addition, we are also the exclusive distributor in Vietnam for international brands such as Ironman 4x4 from Australia and Red Winch from the United Kingdom.

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Customer Development & Relationship Management
• Manage and develop existing international customers/partners assigned by the company.
• Understand customer needs, provide product consultation, and maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor customer feedback, coordinate issue resolution, and provide after-sales support.
• Proactively expand business opportunities from existing customer accounts and company-supported sources.
2.2. Order & Documentation Management
• Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders (PO), invoices, packing lists, and other export-related documents.
• Monitor the entire order process from quotation → confirmation → production → shipment → payment.
• Coordinate with internal departments, forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth order fulfillment.
2.3. Payment Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances; collaborate with the Accounting Department to resolve payment-related issues.
• Proactively handle issues arising during transactions, shipping processes, or post-sales activities.

Business Development Support
• Research and update market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of sales kits, including catalogs, brochures, price lists, company profiles, and technical documents.
• Prepare periodic reports on customers, order status, and assigned business performance.
3. Job Requirements
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international sales or import-export operations.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, international payment methods, and import-export documentation.
• Proficient in business English.
• Good communication, work management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
