Being in charge of Korea, Japan and Taiwan market
Expanding market share for Lien 'A in assigned territories including strategic business development, sales, strategic marketing and digital approach, ... and maximizing the sales and strategic product coverage for long term business growth together with customers
Evaluating customer's capabilities vs. sales, channels, business recourse and distribution network to push new business development
Develop new customers, sustain existing customers to expand sales in assigned territories to achieve AOP target
Daily working with customers and partners to develop business and gain sales order to accelerate revenue of the assigned territories
Managing, training and coaching direct reports to achieve sales and marketing objectives
Organizing overseas exhibition, trade fair
Following up and effectively managing debts
Performing other tasks assigned by the Company's Management and Line Manager

Education: University graduates major in international business, foreign trade
Minimum of 3-year experience at equivalent position with a demonstrated record of revenue generation success
Fluently in English and Chinese Manadarin
Good written and verbal communications skills both in Vietnamese and English
Ability to manage, organize, motivate and training team
Proactive, energetic and positive
